Payment terms

Payment Methods

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods through our secure online checkout:

  • PayPal

  • Debit and credit cards processed securely through Stripe

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Supported debit and credit cards may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other card networks displayed during checkout.

The payment methods actually available for your order will be shown on the checkout page. Availability may vary depending on:

  • your country or region;

  • your selected currency;

  • your device and browser;

  • your card issuer or bank;

  • whether you are using a compatible Apple Pay or Google Pay device;

  • the payment services enabled for our store; and

  • applicable security or legal requirements.

A payment method is supported for a transaction only when it appears as an available option during checkout.

For example, Apple Pay may appear only when you use a compatible Apple device and supported browser. Google Pay may appear only when you use a compatible device, browser, and Google account.

We do not accept cash, personal checks, direct bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or cash-on-delivery payments unless such an option is expressly displayed during checkout.

2. Secure Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through the payment provider selected during checkout.

Depending on the payment method you choose, your payment may be processed by:

  • PayPal, for payments completed using a PayPal account or an eligible PayPal payment option;

  • Stripe, for supported debit and credit card payments;

  • Apple Pay, for payments authorized through a compatible Apple device;

  • Google Pay, for payments authorized through a compatible Google device or account;

  • your bank or card issuer;

  • fraud-prevention and identity-verification providers; and

  • other payment-security service providers involved in completing the transaction.

Coagulatus does not generally receive or store your complete payment-card number, card-security code, PayPal password, Apple Pay credentials, or Google Pay account credentials.

Your payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider in accordance with its own terms, privacy policy, and security standards.

3. PayPal Payments

When you select PayPal during checkout, you may be redirected to PayPal or shown a PayPal payment window to complete your payment securely.

You may be required to:

  • sign in to your PayPal account;

  • select an eligible funding source;

  • confirm your billing and delivery details; and

  • authorize the payment.

The availability of PayPal and any PayPal payment options may depend on your country, currency, account status, and PayPal’s own eligibility requirements.

Any PayPal account issue, authorization failure, currency conversion, or PayPal-specific charge is subject to PayPal’s policies.

4. Stripe Card Payments

Supported debit and credit card payments may be securely processed through Stripe.

When paying by card, you may be required to provide:

  • the cardholder’s name;

  • card number;

  • expiration date;

  • card-security code;

  • billing address; and

  • any verification information requested by your bank or card issuer.

Stripe, your bank, or your card issuer may perform security checks, including 3D Secure or another authentication process.

A card payment is not complete until it has been successfully authorized.

5. Apple Pay

Apple Pay may be available when you use a compatible Apple device, supported browser, eligible payment card, and region where Apple Pay is supported.

When you select Apple Pay, you may be required to confirm the payment using:

  • Face ID;

  • Touch ID;

  • your device passcode; or

  • another authentication method supported by Apple.

Coagulatus does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple Pay.

Apple Pay availability is determined by your device, browser, bank, card issuer, region, and Apple’s eligibility requirements.

6. Google Pay

Google Pay may be available when you use a compatible device, supported browser, eligible payment method, and region where Google Pay is supported.

When you select Google Pay, you may be required to:

  • sign in to your Google account;

  • choose an eligible payment method;

  • confirm your billing and delivery details; and

  • authorize the payment.

Coagulatus does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Pay.

Google Pay availability is determined by your device, browser, bank, card issuer, region, and Google’s eligibility requirements.

7. Payment Authorization

When you submit an order, your selected payment method may be authorized or charged for the total amount displayed during checkout.

An order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order if:

  • payment cannot be authorized;

  • the billing information is incorrect;

  • the transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent;

  • additional verification is required but cannot be completed;

  • the product is unavailable;

  • the price or product information contains an obvious error;

  • delivery to the destination is unavailable; or

  • accepting the transaction would violate applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

8. Currency

Product prices and checkout totals may be displayed in a currency based on:

  • your location;

  • your selected market;

  • your selected currency; or

  • our store settings.

PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, your bank, or your card issuer may apply:

  • currency-conversion fees;

  • foreign-transaction fees;

  • cross-border processing fees; or

  • other payment-provider charges.

These charges are imposed by the relevant payment provider, bank, or card issuer and are not controlled or collected by Coagulatus.

9. Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges

Before you submit your order, the checkout page will display the order total, including any shipping charges and taxes collected by us.

International customers may also be responsible for:

  • customs duties;

  • import taxes;

  • customs-processing fees;

  • brokerage charges; or

  • other government charges.

Unless the checkout page expressly states that these charges are included, they may be collected separately by a government authority, customs broker, shipping carrier, or delivery provider.

10. Declined or Unsuccessful Payments

If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, please:

  1. confirm that your payment information is correct;

  2. confirm that the billing address matches the information registered with your payment provider;

  3. check that sufficient funds or credit are available;

  4. confirm that your card or account is enabled for online and international transactions;

  5. complete any security verification requested by your bank or payment provider;

  6. try another payment method displayed during checkout; or

  7. contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or the applicable payment provider.

Please avoid repeatedly submitting the same order, as multiple attempts may result in temporary payment authorizations.

If the problem continues, contact us at support@coagulatus.com.

11. Fraud Prevention and Verification

Orders may be reviewed using automated or manual fraud-prevention measures.

We may request information reasonably necessary to:

  • confirm your identity;

  • confirm that the payment is authorized;

  • verify billing or shipping details; or

  • prevent fraudulent transactions.

We will never ask you to send your full payment-card number, card-security code, PayPal password, Apple ID password, or Google account password by email.

Do not submit complete payment credentials through our contact form or customer-support email.

12. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

This means that:

  • PayPal payments will normally be refunded to the original PayPal transaction;

  • Stripe card payments will normally be refunded to the original card;

  • Apple Pay payments will normally be refunded to the payment card associated with the original Apple Pay transaction; and

  • Google Pay payments will normally be refunded to the payment method associated with the original Google Pay transaction.

A different refund method may be used only if:

  • the original payment method is no longer available;

  • another method is agreed with you; or

  • applicable law requires another method.

After we issue a refund, the payment provider, bank, or card issuer may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete information about refund eligibility and processing times.
